Illawarra Sports Stadium (ISS) Conditions of Entry
- All activity and events are fully managed and controlled by your event organiser not ISS staff.
- All spectators and competitors must act in a responsible manner while in the ISS and its surroundings.
- Responsibility for adherence to all requirements of the Halls and Public Theatres Act falls to your event organiser not ISS staff.
- Access to the stadium will be as per arrangements with ISS management.
- Where change rooms, showers and internal toilets are in use, these must be inspected regularly to monitor use and ensure that such facilities are in acceptable condition for use.
- All loose rubbish and water spillage must be removed from all areas immediately.
- Your event organiser is responsible for any damage to the facility. Where lights and light fittings are damaged a fee of $250 (two hundred and fifty dollars) is payable for each incident immediately.
Additional Conditions of Entry due to COVID-19
- The health and safety of all stadium users are our top priority, and patrons will be denied entry to the ISS and its premises should they present with symptoms that may place other persons at risk, or endanger or impact on public health.
- Even with rigorous control measures in place at the ISS, there remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness including COVID-19. You acknowledge and accept these risks via continued use of ISS courts and facilities.
- ISS strongly recommends that you have the Australian Government COVIDSafe app installed on your mobile phones and in use via active Bluetooth.
- Only 20 (twenty) persons, including instructor and any assistants, are allowed on a court at any one time to ensure NSW Government physical distancing rules are applied.
- Spectators are to be separated by a distance of 1.5 (one and a half) metres. Household contacts are not required to distance.
- While ISS amenities are available for use, you are strongly encouraged to shower/change at home where possible.
- ISS encourages you to bring your own water bottles, sweat towels and other personal equipment.
